leave as a bird

近距离观察一只鸟，直到你觉得你已经了解它了。

在此期间，如果它飞走了，目送它远去，开始寻找下一只鸟；如果连续三次鸟在观察期间飞走，停下来，过几天再继续这个游戏。

如果它没有飞走，闭上眼睛，想象自己变成这只鸟飞走，直到飞到你的目的地；记录你的目的地，和鸟说：「小鸟，待会儿见！」，然后开始寻找下一只鸟。

当你的目的地开始变得模糊时，停止游戏。回想记下的目的地所对应的鸟的特征，并把它们排列在一起，例如：

孤单的、雀跃的、和枯叶玩耍的，落在了 K11 的天线顶端
喜欢唱歌和花朵、嘴巴尖尖、呼朋引伴的，落在了我家的阳台上
骄傲地霸占着「禁止调头」路牌的，坐上了公交车，开始漫无目的的旅行
嗷嗷待哺、毛绒绒、挤作一团的，留在我的心底
勇敢的、不惧与狗对峙、羽毛闪着光的，没有再落下来

observe a bird at close range until you feel you know it well enough.

during this time, if it flies away, watch it leave, then look for another bird. if three birds fly away in a row while you are observing them, stop and return to the game a few days later.

if it does not fly away, close your eyes and imagine yourself becoming the bird. fly until you reach a destination. write it down, say “see you later, little bird!” then look for another bird.

when you can no longer imagine where a bird would go, stop. think about the characteristics of each bird through the destinations you wrote down, and write sentences combining them. for example:

lonely, cheerful, playing with fallen leaves — landed on the antenna of K11
fond of singing and flowers, sharp-beaked, calling to others — landed on my balcony
proudly occupying a “No U-turn” road sign — boarded a bus and set off an aimless journey
hungry, fluffy, huddled together — stayed at the bottom of my heart
brave, unafraid of confronting a dog, feathers glinting — never landed again
